              St. Xavier’s Hr. Sec. School was started long back by Rev. Fr. Verdier, S.J in 1880 with just 40 students. Now our school has grown into one of the best schools in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, with 3500 students at present. Excelling both in curricular and extra-curricular activities, St. Xavier’s Hr. Sec. School renders great service to the underprivileged, the marginalized and the downtrodden.

            The alumni of St. Xavier’s continue to play a vital role in the development of infrastructure of the school for the welfare of the staff and the students irrespective of religion, caste, culture, etc. The alumni have been collaborating and co-operating with the management and the staff to fulfil the needs of backward students, be it economic, social or academic.

            We are very proud of our Alumni and I am sure that each and every alumnus locally and globally will get in touch with his alma mater through this web programme and their enriching experience will continue to inspire the students and the staff of Xavier’s for years to come.
